Strengthening cooperation between Vietnam and Udon Thani province (Thailand)

On July 21, Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh had a working session with Mr. Phisitchai Aphaipiyakoon, Deputy Governor of Udon Thani Province, and the Board of Directors of Royal Udon Thani University, one of Thailand's leading universities.

Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh sincerely thanked the Udon Thani Provincial Government for its favorable policies towards the Vietnamese community and its active cooperation with the Vietnamese Consulate General in recent times, and emphasized that Udon Thani Province has supported the community in preserving the Ho Chi Minh Monument and building a Vietnamese street, demonstrating goodwill and valuable cooperation.

Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh respectfully invited the Governor and leaders of Udon Thani province to attend the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam's National Day in Udon Thani at the end of August 2025. Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh also expressed his hope that the province would coordinate and contribute some cultural and artistic performances, introduce businesses to participate in the Vietnam - Thailand Business Forum and Goods Fair, and create favorable conditions to support Vietnamese businesses to participate.
