In 2024, the Employment Service Center, Department of Home Affairs organized job counseling for nearly 68,800 workers; organized 7 career counseling conferences for 2,260 workers, soldiers, demobilized police, students from schools in the province. Collected labor recruitment information from 502 enterprises with nearly 66,000 job positions. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, organized job counseling for more than 7,600 people; provided career counseling and orientation at home and abroad for over 1,000 soldiers and demobilized police in districts and cities; received registration and guided 228 workers to prepare seasonal labor records in Korea.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, analyzing and evaluating the current situation, difficulties, challenges and providing solutions to support businesses in recruiting quality labor to serve production and business needs.

Speaking at the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Thai Binh is focusing on attracting investment, developing industry, services, and high-tech agriculture , which are areas that require a high-quality workforce with skills suitable to the needs of businesses. He suggested that in the coming time, it is necessary to strengthen dialogue and connection between the three parties: the State - schools - businesses to build appropriate training programs, close to actual needs; innovate vocational training models associated with practice, promote training in the direction of "having an address", "orders" to ensure that students and trainees have jobs right after graduation; support businesses in on-site labor training, especially for small and medium enterprises. Promote the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in training, connecting labor supply and demand; Create favorable conditions in terms of mechanisms and policies to attract high-quality training institutions and international cooperation programs to improve the qualifications and skills of local workers.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that Thai Binh province is committed to accompanying vocational training institutions and enterprises, creating maximum conditions for training and labor supply activities to become increasingly effective, contributing to the socio -economic development of the province in a modern and sustainable direction.
