That was the agreement between Lao Cai Newspaper and Bac Ha District Party Committee at the signing ceremony of the media cooperation program between the two sides for the period 2024 - 2025, held on the afternoon of May 14 in Bac Ha district.
Attending the signing ceremony were leaders of Lao Cai Newspaper, Bac Ha District Party Committee, representatives of specialized departments and offices of the two agencies and localities.
The cooperation program aims to promote potentials and advantages, provide information on the economic, cultural and social situation, Party building, government building, and national defense and security consolidation; set examples of typical and advanced collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in Bac Ha district; promote the image of people, land, culture, traditions and achievements in all fields of Bac Ha district to friends in the province and in the country. Thereby, arouse pride, create high consensus, orient and encourage cadres, party members and people in the whole district to actively respond to patriotic emulation movements, successfully carry out local political tasks.
The two sides will also actively promote to Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units, localities, cadres, Party members, civil servants and public employees in Bac Ha district to buy and read Lao Cai Newspaper.
On the basis of cooperation, the two units create favorable conditions for each other to complete their tasks well; proactively exchange opinions (directly or in writing), and assign competent officials to coordinate the implementation of tasks for unexpected and arising contents. Every year, Bac Ha District Party Committee and Lao Cai Newspaper take turns to organize an assessment of the results of the implementation of the cooperation program to jointly agree on implementation measures in the following period.
At the signing ceremony, delegates discussed and agreed on the contents of media cooperation for the period 2024 - 2025. Accordingly, Lao Cai Newspaper and Bac Ha District Party Committee will focus on coordinating propaganda in 3 groups of contents: Information, propaganda and professional support, and newspaper distribution.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Duy Hoa, Secretary of Bac Ha District Party Committee, hoped that in the coming time, the two agencies would increase information exchange and closely coordinate to effectively implement the cooperation program. Regarding the propaganda content, Bac Ha district hopes that Lao Cai Newspaper will pay attention to and have specialized content on the implementation of political tasks, outstanding results in new rural construction, and local socio -economic development...
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nam, Editor-in-Chief of Lao Cai Newspaper, hoped that the Bac Ha District Party Committee, People's Committee and specialized agencies and local authorities would create conditions for Lao Cai Newspaper reporters to access information and localities to closely reflect issues at the grassroots level; proactively provide information to press agencies to guide public opinion, ensuring speed and timeliness. Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nam emphasized that the media cooperation aims to strengthen the connection and coordination of propaganda between Lao Cai Newspaper and Bac Ha District Party Committee in many aspects. That is not only the task and desire of both sides but all towards the common goal of the development of the Provincial Party Committee.
At the conference, comrade Nguyen Thanh Nam, Editor-in-Chief of Lao Cai Newspaper and comrade Nguyen Duy Hoa, Secretary of Bac Ha District Party Committee signed a cooperation program between the two units for the period 2024 - 2025 ( photo above ).
