Among them, the Hanoi City Women's Union had 6 individuals receiving the title: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien (member of the Women's Union branch of Hoang Lien residential area, Lien Mac ward, Bac Tu Liem district); Ms. Tran Thi Than (member of the Women's Union branch of Hoanh 3 village, Dong Tam commune, My Duc district); Ms. Truong Thi Thuan (member of the Women's Union branch of Kim Bong village, Tan Xa commune, Thach That district); Mr. Bui Ngoc Binh (Head of Nam Hai village, Nam Phuong Tien commune, Chuong My district); Ms. Do Thi Hue (member of the Women's Union branch of village 6, Ba Trai commune, Ba Vi district); and Ms. Vuong Thi Kim Thanh (member of the Women's Union branch of Ai village, Di Trach commune, Hoai Duc district).

The Department of Industry and Trade has one individual (Mr. Mac Quoc Anh - Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Hanoi Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Association) who was awarded the title "Good Person, Good Deed".
