Hanoi encourages officials and civil servants to support the "For the Poor" Fund.

The deadline for donating to the Hanoi City "For the Poor" Fund in 2025 is before October 30th.

Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh recently signed and issued Official Document No. 5754/UBND-KGVX dated October 27, 2025, regarding the mobilization of officials, civil servants, employees, and workers to actively participate in supporting the "For the Poor" Fund of Hanoi City in 2025.

In the spirit of mutual support and solidarity, and to help those less fortunate, poor households, and families in difficult circumstances, while also creating additional resources to achieve sustainable poverty reduction and social welfare goals, the Hanoi City People's Committee requests that all departments, agencies, associations, and organizations under the city's authority, as well as the People's Committees of communes and wards, promote and encourage officials, civil servants, and employees in their respective agencies and units to actively participate in supporting the Hanoi City "For the Poor" Fund in 2025.

Donations can be sent to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City via the following accounts: Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City - "For the Poor" Fund, account number: 3761.0.9057259.91046 at the Hanoi State Treasury; or account number: 1500201116868 at the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank - Hanoi Branch. Alternatively, cash donations can be received at the finance department, Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, address: 29 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward.
