Responding at the press conference of the regular Government meeting in February 2025, a representative of the Ministry of Finance said: To create breakthroughs, support, and create opportunities for private enterprises to develop, we must first solve the bottleneck of bottlenecks - mechanisms and laws.

As reported by PNVN newspaper, on March 5, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the regular Government meeting for February 2025. The meeting focused on assessing the socio -economic situation in February and the first two months and many other important contents.

Currently, the Ministry of Finance is researching and developing a Resolution on breakthrough development policies in the private economic sector. Responding to the press on this content, Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Chi said: Currently, the Ministry of Finance is urgently coordinating with relevant ministries and branches to summarize and evaluate the State's policies for enterprises, especially private enterprises at present.

In particular, coordinating with industry associations and business associations to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of businesses. Thereby, building the contents of the Resolution as well as the Government's Decree, ensuring that the contents of the Resolution are in line with the Party's policies, are breakthroughs, support, and creation for private enterprises to develop.

To do this, according to the leader of the Ministry of Finance, the first thing to do is to solve the bottleneck of the bottleneck of mechanism and law. The Ministry of Finance has deployed, reviewed and urgently reviewed the fields and legal regulations of the law in the field to see if there are any points to promptly report to the Government and submit to the competent authority for resolution as soon as possible.

Along with that, the Ministry is evaluating and creating an open environment for private enterprises to have the best conditions to access resources.
