Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Customs Department to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police, the Border Guard Command, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province and relevant agencies and units based on current regulations of Vietnamese law to resolve within their authority or report to competent authorities to resolve the content of the request of the Sekong Provincial Government Committee in Document No. 130 to ensure strictness and compliance with the provisions of law.
In case of any problems, the Provincial Customs Department shall proactively study current regulations to promptly report and propose to competent authorities for consideration and resolution in accordance with legal provisions; synthesize and report the results of handling the request of the Sekong Provincial Government Committee to the Provincial People's Committee and coordinate with the Department of Foreign Affairs to advise the Provincial People's Committee on the content of the response to Sekong Province in accordance with regulations.
The Provincial Police, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Provincial Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board, based on their assigned functions and tasks and current regulations of Vietnamese law, closely coordinate with the Provincial Customs Department to resolve the request of the Sekong Provincial Government Committee in accordance with regulations.
In case of any problems, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province shall proactively study current regulations to promptly report and propose to competent authorities for consideration and settlement in accordance with the provisions of law; and send the settlement results to the Provincial Customs Department for synthesis.
Previously, the Department of Foreign Affairs had Document No. 115 on the Sekong Provincial Government Committee (Laos) sending a document requesting the People's Committee of Quang Nam province to pay attention to creating favorable conditions for Sekong province enterprises to export transit goods through Nam Giang International Border Gate to Tien Sa Port (Da Nang City) for export to China.
