BMK Group started construction of Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster project

On the morning of September 28, BMK Group Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster project, Tan Thinh commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province.

Leaders of Nam Dinh province, Nam Truc district and leaders of BMK Group performed the groundbreaking ceremony of Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster project.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee Ha Lan Anh, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Phan Van Hung, leaders of departments and branches in the province, Nam Truc district, Tan Thinh commune and many people in the project area.

Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster has an area of ​​50 hectares, located in Tan Thinh commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province, established under Decision No. 1344/QD-UBND signed on July 28, 2022 of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, with a total investment of 450 billion VND.

Located in the most strategic location of Nam Dinh, right on National Highway 21B, the province's main artery, Tan Thinh Industrial Park is only 8 km from Nam Dinh City center, 31 km from North-South Expressway, 90 km from Hanoi Capital, 120 km from Noi Bai International Airport and 92 km from Hai Phong International Port.

To speed up the progress, soon complete the technical construction infrastructure, attract secondary investors, the Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee suggested: Investor BMK Group focus all resources on finance, human resources, machinery, equipment, with the highest sense of responsibility to implement the project to ensure technical - aesthetic, quality, progress, with the goal of completing and putting into operation as soon as possible.

Closely coordinate with provincial and district departments and branches during implementation, strictly comply with regulations on planning, land, investment, construction, environment, and not let the project affect people's lives, production, and activities.

Along with that, BMK Group needs to make efforts to promote investment, attract secondary investors, and strive to fill projects according to the set plan.

The leaders of Nam Dinh province also requested relevant departments to continue to support, facilitate and guide investors in the process of project implementation; promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to resolve arising difficulties and problems. The Party Committees and authorities of Nam Truc district and Tan Thinh commune promptly resolve proposals on land and administrative procedures; ensure security, order and social safety in the area, creating the most favorable conditions for investors to complete the project.

At the ceremony, delegates witnessed the signing ceremony of the agreement between BMK Group and its partners BIDV Ha Dong Branch, Viet Tien Nam Dinh Joint Stock Company, Hai Phong Steel Mesh and Materials Joint Stock Company, Cao Minh Mechanical Company Limited; the groundbreaking ceremony of Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster Project.
