Training on e-commerce sales skills for cooperatives

(BDO) On November 22, the Department of Rural Development organized a training course on sales skills on the Tiktok shop e-commerce platform for cooperatives, cooperative groups, business households, and OCOP entities (photo).

At the training class, the reporter presented about trends and online sales tools, sales skills on e-commerce platforms; overview of Vietnamese e-commerce; overview of Social Commerce; Shoppertainment trend; overview of Tiktok and Tiktok shop; learn about three ways to sell on Tiktok shop; steps to build a Tiktok channel for sales; guide businesses to access the features of Tiktok and Tiktok shop and customer care.

The training course aims to guide and support cooperatives, cooperative groups, business households, OCOP entities, etc. to access digital transformation in agriculture ; at the same time, promote their product images on e-commerce platforms such as video sales, livestream and product affiliate marketing.
