Note:

- Becamex IDC Corporation only receives personal information of the buyer in the sales contract.

- The Buyer is obliged to cooperate with Becamex IDC Corporation to carry out the procedures for registering for the issuance of the certificate. In case the Buyer arbitrarily changes the contact information or does not cooperate, leading to the inability to complete the application for the issuance of the certificate, it is considered the Buyer's fault.

- After July 31, 2025, if the buyer has not updated information to Becamex IDC Corporation, Becamex IDC Corporation will reject any arising complaints (if any) related to the registration of granting the apartment ownership certificate to the buyer.
