The deployment of electronic health records for soldiers not only helps digitize medical information, but also ensures that data is centrally managed, synchronized and interconnected between medical facilities inside and outside the military. This is an essential tool to improve the effectiveness of health management, support medical examination and treatment, statistics, big data analysis and build appropriate health policies, thereby ensuring comprehensive health for soldiers, meeting the requirements of combat readiness in all situations.

Implementing the Ministry's direction, in 2025, TCHC-KT selected Military Region 3, Army Corps 12, Military Technical Academy and a number of agencies and units under TCHC-KT (Military Hospital 354, Military Hospital 105, Military Hospital 87) to take the lead in electronic health records for soldiers. TCHC-KT organized 2 training courses for units taking the lead, 1 internal course for the General Department. This is the 4th training course organized by the General Department for the entire military, in the Northern region.
