At the training session, 90 households participating in the model were introduced to the organic pig farming model; given technical guidance on raising native pigs; given guidance on managing and using support resources; and answered questions about difficulties and problems in the process of implementing the model.

The model "Raising indigenous pigs in an organic direction in Bac Ai Dong and Bac Ai communes, Khanh Hoa province" belongs to the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025, led by Dr. Tran Dinh Ly - Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, Director of Ninh Thuan Branch. The budget for implementing the model from the Ministry of Education and Training is 900 million VND, the counterpart capital of households is 267 million VND. The model implementation period is 12 months (from June 2025 to June 2026). It is expected that in November, the Project Management Board will organize the donation of 30 breeding pigs to 30 poor and near-poor households in Bac Ai and Bac Ai Dong communes; and at the same time, the model will be transferred.
