Training on using Dong Nai-s management system

In addition, the Department also coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology of Binh Phuoc to organize an online training session for officials of 159 units of the People's Committees at the commune level of Dong Nai province and 111 units of the People's Committees at the commune level of Binh Phuoc province on the use of the Dong Nai-s management and operation system. This training session aims to unify the connection of information technology software of agencies, units and organizations to ensure that the apparatus of Dong Nai province operates smoothly and stably immediately after the merger.

At the training sessions, officers and civil servants were instructed on how to install and use the functions of the Dong Nai -s management system and use digital signatures, and operations during the use of the system such as the process of processing incoming/outgoing documents of the system, processing internal documents; receiving information on work management, work schedules, statistical reports; storing work records...

Dong Nai-s management system with many features to support cadres, civil servants, and public employees to handle work in the most convenient electronic environment such as: building a work processing process suitable for the working process of state agencies, allowing multi-process configuration... Each unit can configure the processing process depending on the actual business of its unit, allowing users to be set up with many different roles.

In addition, this system also has its own mobile application and digital signature on mobile platform, compatible with current browsers; management function in electronic environment.

Meanwhile, the paperless meeting room software system (eCabinet) is software that supports organizing meetings in the traditional way in the network environment to improve the quality of meetings in the activities of state administrative agencies at all levels, sectors and other units.

At the meeting of the Steering Committee on Science and Technology Development, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Project 06 (referred to as the Steering Committee) on May 23, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee requested leaders of agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the use of digital signatures. Departments, branches and localities must immediately deploy a plan to create a specialized database that is correct - sufficient - alive - clean, promote the digitization of records, results of administrative procedure settlement and return of electronic results, and reuse of data. This is an important premise for implementing digital transformation.
