Mr. Nguyen Van Cam, Head of the Farmers' Association of Ha An village, Huong Phu commune (Phu Loc) has been continuously commended by all levels of the Farmers' Association. Recently, he was honored to join the Party. "I always work with the Executive Committee of the Association and all members to implement the targets signed with the higher-level association, comply with the leadership and direction of the Party cell as well as the coordination of the village executive board to effectively carry out economic development work associated with the local new rural construction movement," said Mr. Cam.

With an engineering degree, farmer member Tran Truong Phong in Dong Lam village, Quang Vinh commune (Quang Dien district) is a pioneer in supporting people to apply scientific advances in production. With his contributions to the movements, in November 2024, he was introduced by the grassroots Farmers' Association and was honored to join the Party. "Officially becoming a Party member, I realize that my responsibilities are higher, my work is more, especially propagating the Party's policies and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and documents of the Association at all levels to members and farmers," Phong shared.

Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quang Vinh Commune, Tran Quy Trong, informed: Recently, on May 19, the Party Cell of O Sa Hamlet of the commune carried out procedures to admit farmer member Le Tan Tai, a typical young member in mobilizing farmers to carry out local movements, to the Party. Since being admitted, members Tran Truong Phong and Le Tan Tai have become the core in the movements for economic and social development and building new rural areas in the locality.

According to Mr. Nguyen Chi Quang, Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Cell, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Hue City, from the movements and activities, many farmer members have promoted the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, and more and more typical, advanced and excellent members have emerged for the Association to continue to train and introduce to the Party. Thanks to that, in 2024, the Farmers' Association at all levels introduced and admitted more than 100 excellent farmer members to the Party, contributing to enhancing the role and position of farmer members; thereby, creating conditions for them to play a good role as a bridge between farmers and Party organizations, authorities, businesses, and scientists in implementing projects and plans for economic and social development in rural areas...

"The Standing Committee of the City Farmers' Association will continue to direct grassroots Farmers' Associations at all levels to pay attention to training and introducing outstanding cadres and members to the Party cells to consider developing new Party members, contributing to strengthening and consolidating the close relationship between the Party, the government and the people, taking care of the material and spiritual life of members and farmers, and promptly resolving difficulties and problems arising in the social life of farmers," informed Mr. Nguyen Chi Quang.
