Training and propaganda of the Law on Statistics

On November 29, the Provincial Statistics Office organized a training course to disseminate the Law on Statistics, deploy the System of statistical indicators at provincial, district and commune levels issued with Decision No. 05/2023/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2023 of the Prime Minister and Instructions on implementing the information collection form of the Provincial Statistical Indicator System for the team of statistical staff in departments, branches and sectors of the province.

At the training course, trainees were introduced to the contents of the Law on Statistics, the revised Law on Statistics; and related legal documents. Deploying the system of statistical indicators at the provincial, district and commune levels issued with Decision No. 05/2023/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2023 of the Prime Minister. Instructions on implementing the information collection form under the Provincial Statistical Indicator System.

Through the training course, it helps statistical officers in departments, branches and sectors of the province grasp the basic provisions of the law in the field of statistics, the rights and obligations of those participating in statistical activities and using statistical information, meeting the requirements of having sufficient, objective, reliable and timely information to serve the direction and management of local socio -economic development.
