Training on "National product authentication integrating product traceability"

On the morning of February 25, the Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinated with the Digital Transformation Service Center - Branch of Gtel Corporation (Gtel CDS) and partner Digital Kingdom to hold a training session on the use of the pilot system "National goods authentication integrated with product traceability" for units under the Department of Agriculture and Environment, typical agricultural enterprises and cooperatives.

Accordingly, Gtel CDS Company will provide free platform services during the pilot implementation period, expected to last until the end of 2025. Product authentication and traceability are currently issues of particular concern in the context of consumers increasingly paying attention to the origin and quality of products, not only for domestic goods but also for imported products. Help businesses and cooperatives understand the concepts related to product authentication, learn practical experiences in implementing traceability, as well as standards to note for electronic traceability systems.

Through the support activities of Gtel CDS and Digital Kingdom, agricultural enterprises and cooperatives are familiarized with the traceability and product authentication system. From there, they can make the most of the system's features to improve the efficiency of product management and promotion.

At the training session, representatives of Bac Lieu Salt Joint Stock Company hoped to soon apply and deploy authentication and traceability stamps to promote the company's salt products within the framework of the Vietnam Salt Festival - Bac Lieu 2025 taking place from March 6-8.
