The hotline team is headed by the Chairman of the People's Committee of each commune and town. The team leader arranges members to be on duty, to receive information and feedback from people denouncing the exploitation of land outside the dike, river sand causing riverbank erosion, affecting agricultural production, and threatening the safety of bridges, culverts and dikes.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of communes and towns must be responsible to the Chairman of the District People's Committee if illegal riverbed mining and use of riverbanks to store minerals occur in the area.

The list of hotline members and phone numbers is announced on the commune radio station and the local electronic information portal.

As of April 2024, Tu Ky has 35 organizations and individuals operating construction material yards along rivers and canals, including 24 planned yards and 11 unplanned yards.

Tu Ky district strives to terminate operations and complete clearance of yards that are not in accordance with planning, yards that do not have sufficient legal procedures, and yards that are operating without a license before December 31, 2024.
