Costa Serena brings more than 2,400 international passengers to Quang Ninh

On the morning of November 4, the Costa Serena ship docked at Ha Long international passenger port, bringing more than 2,400 international passengers to Quang Ninh .

According to the schedule, guests on the Costa Serena will visit Ha Long Bay and famous tourist attractions in Quang Ninh, experience the culture and enjoy local cuisine .

Mr. Pham Van Hiep, Director of Ha Long International Passenger Port, said that this is the fourth time the Costa Serena has docked since the beginning of the cruise tourism season, bringing a total of more than 11,300 international visitors to Quang Ninh.

Tourists leave the Costa Serena to visit Ha Long Bay and famous tourist attractions in Quang Ninh, experience the culture and enjoy local cuisine.

It is expected that from now until the end of 2024, Ha Long International Passenger Port will welcome about 12 large cruise ships from world-famous corporations and brands such as: Mein Schiff 6, Celebrity Solstice, Noordam, ... bringing tens of thousands of international tourists to Quang Ninh. Cruise tourism is currently playing an important role in attracting and increasing the number of international visitors to Quang Ninh province.

The Department of Tourism also requested departments, branches, localities, agencies and units to continue to create favorable conditions for cruise tourism activities and tourism businesses in organizing to welcome these tourists.
