After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TU of the Politburo (12th tenure), studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in Tay Ho district has always been one of the important and profound political activities in the entire Party, political system and society.

The outstanding results that the Party Committee, government and people of Tay Ho district have achieved in the 30-year journey of construction and development, especially in 2024 - Tay Ho district Party Committee was assessed by the city as having excellently fulfilled its tasks, ranking first in the entire city Party Committee, are clear evidence of the process of persistent, persistent and in-depth efforts in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the past time.

Notably, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has issued 30 directive documents, implemented synchronously, scientifically and methodically; organized 145 study conferences with more than 72,000 participants; published 23,000 copies of the Handbook on Studying and Following Uncle Ho... Many good models and creative ways of doing things have been built, creating a widespread influence in agencies, units and communities, such as: Model "Four-good Party Cell - Four-good Party Members"; Tay Ho Cultural and Creative Space; "Urban Civilized Alley", "Model Alley"... and many other typical models.

Notably, the implementation of registration to undertake, direct and resolve difficult and complicated tasks under the authority and responsibility assigned by key district officials to the grassroots level has helped many difficult tasks that have existed for many years to be directed and resolved effectively, such as: Resolutely handling violations at Dam Tri Lake; completing the recovery of public land area and successfully moving inland waterway vehicles anchored in the Bay Dam area out of West Lake; effectively implementing the Cultural Industry Project in the district; the reform and digital transformation work of the District People's Committee has made many advances that have been recognized by the people.

Over the past 10 years, the Tay Ho District Party Committee has had 202 outstanding collectives and 233 individuals; at the grassroots level, 396 collectives and 1,433 outstanding individuals have been commended and rewarded in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TU.

Praising, acknowledging and appreciating the efforts of the entire Party Committee in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TU, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Tay Ho District, Le Thi Thu Hang, suggested that in order for the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle to go deeper and achieve higher results in the coming time, units need to strengthen leadership and direction in a synchronous and unified manner, ensuring that the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle becomes a regular task of Party committees at all levels.

Along with that, closely combine "studying" and "following" Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in carrying out the political tasks of each locality and unit; do a good job of discovering and replicating advanced models, especially bright and typical examples in the residential community, agencies and units, in order to widely spread patriotic emulation movements in all fields, thereby contributing to the successful completion of assigned political tasks.
