Reporting at the conference, Director of the Department of Science and Technology Huynh Thi Hong Nhung said: As of October 2025, the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW in the province has achieved many important results. The entire Tay Ninh province was assigned 166 tasks, of which 90 tasks have been completed and 76 tasks are being carried out. At the provincial level, the Provincial People's Committee assigned 53 targets and 235 specific tasks to departments, branches and localities; of which 32 targets (60.38%) and 88 tasks (37.45%) have been completed.
Regarding the implementation of digital platforms and databases, departments and branches have consolidated 35 digital platforms, ensuring a two-level government model and unified implementation throughout the province. In the database sector alone, the province currently has 112 specialized databases, of which 69 have been built and put into use (35 merged databases, 34 not yet merged), 43 databases are under construction. Investment in infrastructure and information technology equipment to serve digital transformation has been promoted and completed.

The province also completed the data infrastructure, upgraded the Data Center to meet level 3 safety standards, and synchronously operated Tay Ninh Smart, Tay Ninh IOC, and System 1022. Tay Ninh Smart application has had more than 237,000 installations, and the IOC Operation Center has updated 602/957 indicators in the Index Set serving the management of the Provincial People's Committee.
On the National Public Service Portal, the rate of online application submission reached 99.6%, online payment reached 99.73%, digitalized application reached 99.65%, and people's satisfaction rate reached 99%. Currently, the province has connected with 13/16 national databases through the national data integration and sharing platform (NDXP).
In the business sector, Tay Ninh has granted certificates to 26 science and technology enterprises, supported the incubation of 06 innovative startup projects, and issued a plan to incubate 10 new startup projects. The whole province has more than 540 digital technology enterprises with over 5,700 employees.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa acknowledged the efforts of departments, branches and localities in implementing projects and plans on digital transformation, science and technology, and at the same time pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome in the coming time.
He emphasized that many specialized databases have not yet consolidated data after the merger, leading to difficulties in sharing and exploiting information; some units have not proactively connected data to the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC); the construction of databases at the commune level is not synchronous, there is still a lack of clear decentralization and delegation of authority, many communes and wards have not yet properly recognized the importance of the grassroots-level state management database - which is an important data source serving the entire province's operations.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to urgently review and upgrade IT equipment in communes and wards, ensuring publicity, transparency and efficiency; at the same time, promote connection and data sharing between sectors, integrate into the province's database warehouse to provide to the IOC, serving real-time direction and management.
He also noted that localities need to continue to digitize records, maintain the stability of the Administrative Procedure Information System, promote online public services throughout the process, and strive to achieve 80% of online public services throughout the process and 100% of non-territorial administrative procedures by the end of 2026.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut requested departments and branches to synthesize, evaluate the current situation, draw lessons, focus on completing the remaining tasks in 2025, determined to achieve the highest efficiency. He requested to complete the file adjustment before December 31, 2025, clearly assign a leader and a specialized department in charge of implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW; at the same time, speed up the construction and integration of the database into the IOC system to serve the management work of the Provincial People's Committee.
Chairman Nguyen Van Ut also requested that sectors and localities coordinate closely to ensure the progress of completing assigned targets and tasks according to plan, focusing on synchronization and connectivity between digital platforms, sectoral and local databases and national databases.
At the same time, he hopes that telecommunications businesses will continue to accompany the province, support technical infrastructure and technology solutions, contribute to promoting digital transformation, developing digital government, digital economy and digital society, and better serve the needs of people and businesses.
