Viraphet Phetdavanh - a graduate student majoring in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine (CH31CNTYCU), shares his valuable experiences at VNUA:

“My most valuable experience studying both Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine at the Vietnam National University of Agriculture is that I have access to comprehensive knowledge — from care techniques, nutrition, livestock management to disease prevention and treatment. Thanks to that, I have a deeper understanding of the relationship between livestock productivity and animal health, which is very important for sustainable agricultural development in Laos."

Viraphet Phetdavanh also affirmed the learning environment at the Vietnam National University of Agriculture: “The Academy and the Faculty of Animal Husbandry not only have a team of good staff but also a modern and friendly learning environment, helping international students like me to easily integrate and develop my abilities. It is that environment that has helped me train my scientific thinking, the ability to apply knowledge into practice, and especially the spirit of innovation in agriculture.”

The knowledge and experience accumulated in the Master's program have given her a solid foundation to return to her homeland, continue teaching and research, and contribute to the development of Laos' agricultural sector.
