National online conference to train on using the electronic Party Member Handbook application

On the morning of October 29, 2025, the Central Party Office organized a national online conference to train on the application of the electronic Party Member Handbook. In Cao Bang, the Provincial Party Office coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to organize a rebroadcast of the training conference from the Central to the province and communes and wards.

At the Provincial Party Committee bridge, there was Comrade Be Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and more than 60 delegates attending. At the same time, the conference was connected online to 145 bridge points of departments, branches, communes and wards with more than 5,000 delegates participating across the province. Delegates attending the conference at the bridge points included leaders of Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; cadres working on Party building; cadres in charge of digital transformation; Party committees of grassroots Party organizations and Party members summoned according to decentralization.

During the training program, delegates were given detailed instructions on the features and utilities of the Electronic Party Member Handbook application; the login and usage process; and the method of updating and monitoring Party member activities on a digital platform. The software deployment helps to enhance the application of information technology in Party work, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and transparency in the organization, management, and Party activities of Party members, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the entire Provincial Party Committee.

The conference is an important step to put the electronic Party Member Handbook into practice, gradually modernizing Party work, in line with the roadmap for implementing Plan No. 09-KH/BCĐ, dated June 4, 2026 of the Steering Committee for Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation of Cao Bang province on implementing Action Program No. 29-CTr/TU, dated February 23, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee.
