HNP - On October 30, Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee held a ceremony to award Party Badges on November 7 to Party members living in the area.

Party Secretary, Chairman of Thanh Xuan Ward People's Council Nguyen Huy Cuong presented Party badges to veteran party members.

This time, Thanh Xuan ward has 116 party members receiving the 65, 60, 55, 50, 45, 40 and 30-year Party membership badges. Of which, 2 party members received the 65-year Party membership badge; 26 comrades received the 60-year Party membership badge; 5 comrades received the 55-year Party membership badge; 4 comrades received the 50-year Party membership badge; 22 comrades received the 45-year Party membership badge; 26 comrades received the 40-year Party membership badge and 31 comrades received the 30-year Party membership badge.

Also on the morning of October 30, Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee held a conference to inform the results of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025-2030; to disseminate and deploy the plan to implement the Directives of the Politburo and the Secretariat.

Speaking at the Conference, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee Tran Thi Thu Ha said that the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030, was a great success with many historic decisions for the development of the Capital. The Congress agreed on the theme "Promoting the thousand-year tradition of civilization and heroism; uniting to build a clean and strong Party organization; pioneering and making breakthroughs in the new era; developing a civilized, modern and happy Capital" and the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development".

After 3 days of urgent work, the Congress set out 43 main targets, 10 groups of tasks and 3 strategic breakthroughs: Perfecting the capital's development institutions; developing high-quality human resources, attracting talents; building modern, smart and connected infrastructure. The Congress also set the goal that by 2030 Hanoi will become a "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" capital, with high competitiveness and happy people's lives; with a vision to 2045 to be a globally connected city with GRDP per capita reaching over 36,000 USD. The Congress elected the 18th Executive Committee of 75 comrades; comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai was elected as Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.
