Many special dishes
With the theme "Trip of Flavors - A taste journey across five continents", the Thai Embassy in Vietnam will introduce some delicious and unique dishes at the International Culinary Culture Festival 2025.
The Thai Embassy in Vietnam is proud that Thai cuisine also has the ability to boost immunity and help prevent diseases thanks to the diversity of herbs and ingredients.
Typical dishes introduced at this year's Festival will include Pad Thai - a famous Thai fried noodle dish with a harmonious combination of sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavors; Som Tam (green papaya salad) - a fresh street food, distinguished by its rich flavor; and Khao Niew Mxa Muang (mango sticky rice) - a typical dessert, with a strong Thai imprint.
These dishes will contribute to introducing the richness and attractiveness of Thai cuisine to international friends.
Strong bond
The participation of the Thai Embassy in Vietnam also highlights Thailand's contribution to global cuisine and the country's rich and sophisticated culinary heritage, while enhancing people-to-people exchanges between Thailand and Vietnam.
This year, the Embassy is particularly honored to participate in the 2025 International Food Culture Festival as part of a joint effort to raise funds to support victims affected by floods and natural disasters in Vietnam, demonstrating the friendship and strong ties between the two countries.
In Vietnam, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Thailand continues to promote Thai cuisine through various activities such as the Thai Festival in Hanoi, cultural events in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations, as well as the “Thai Cuisine Week” programs organized by the Embassy at many hotels across Vietnam.

These efforts help to increase awareness of Thai food ingredients, creativity, and healthy living through cuisine.
This year’s festival is a special occasion to strengthen the connection between Embassies, chefs and the public; while also showcasing the delicacy and health benefits of Thai cuisine.
With the expectation of attracting a large number of visitors and media, the Embassy of Thailand in Vietnam looks forward to welcoming you all to the Thai booth to spread cultural appreciation through cuisine and join hands to contribute to the meaningful activities of the Festival.
