Visiting 2 humanitarian addresses supported by the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee Office

STO - On the morning of May 28, the Soc Trang Provincial Red Cross organized a delegation to visit two humanitarian addresses supported by the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee Office.

The delegation visited and provided support to Ms. Huynh Thi Nga's household in Loi Duc hamlet, Long Duc commune, Long Phu district and Mr. Trang Phuoc, residing in Hamlet 1, Ward 5, Soc Trang city, each household received 6 million VND. These are 2 households that the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee Office received support from, in response to the campaign "Each organization, each individual is associated with a humanitarian address" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society .

Through the introduction of addresses to benefactors, currently, the Red Cross at all levels in the province is supporting over 2,500 households with difficult circumstances, illnesses, and single-parent families. Depending on the conditions, each address can receive rice, necessities or cash every month... Through the campaign, the Red Cross at all levels in the province has helped families overcome difficulties, improve their lives and contribute to the good implementation of social security policies in the locality.
