Ha Long City Youth Union launched the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign

On June 6, in Hoa Binh commune (Ha Long city), Ha Long City Youth Union launched the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

Ha Long City Youth Union presented a children's playground to Hoanh Bo ward.

With the motto "Widespread - Effective - Safe - Sustainable", this year's Youth Volunteer Summer Campaign is focused on implementing by the City Youth Union, specifying the content for each target with 1 exam season support program and 4 campaigns including: Red Flamboyant Flower, Green Summer, Green March, Pink Vacation.

The City Youth Union donated funds and handed over a house repair project to Ms. Tran Thi Tu, a former youth volunteer in Thong Nhat commune.

This is an opportunity for young people to demonstrate their role and responsibility in participating in socio -economic development, solving issues of public concern, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, ensuring social security, especially in difficult areas, remote areas, border areas, and islands; associated with youth projects and tasks towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; 100 years of the founding of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association; welcoming Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Thereby, creating an environment for union members and young people to be trained, mature, and foster the ideal of living beautifully and usefully, contributing to building a rich and civilized homeland.

Ha Long City Youth Union and accompanying units presented 10 bicycles to disadvantaged students of Hoa Binh Primary and Secondary School.

At the program, Ha Long City Youth Union and accompanying units presented funds to support house repairs for members of the Association of Former Youth Volunteers in difficult circumstances in Thong Nhat commune; presented 2 children's playgrounds to Hoanh Bo ward and Hoa Binh commune; presented 10 bicycles, 10 "Together towards the future" study corners to disadvantaged students of Hoa Binh Primary and Secondary School and 1,000 trees to the Youth Union of Hoa Binh commune. The total cost of the projects and volunteer work was worth over 100 million VND.

Ha Long City Youth Union held the launching ceremony of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign and introduced 5 volunteer teams.

Within the framework of the program, the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union launched the online toolkit (Zalo mini app) " Quang Ninh Digital Youth"; the information channel (Zalo OA) of the Steering Committee of the "Digital Popular Education" movement and the "Digital Popular Education" electronic handbook; performed the launching ceremony of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign and launched 5 volunteer teams participating in activities in the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, which will peak from June to the end of August 2025.
