Representatives of 5 higher education institutions signed to establish the Strategic Human Resources Alliance to implement Resolution 57.

An alliance involving parties with different strengths will be a big boost, contributing to creating momentum for the country to move forward firmly and sustainably.

This alliance will contribute to building and developing a team of high-quality intellectuals and experts to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, national digital transformation and international integration; Promote training programs, fostering public administration skills, leadership and state management suitable for the new context. From there, the Alliance contributes to improving research capacity, innovation and application of artificial intelligence in training, administration and policy making.

Sharing with the press after the signing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh, Rector of the University of Technology (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) said that many activities within the framework of Resolution 57 have been implemented with the participation of units and press agencies in professional and policy spaces.

It can be said that since 1986, Vietnam has exploited almost all of its available advantages. Now, to develop the country, there is only one way to elevate the work of Vietnamese people to higher stages in the global value chain. This is not the task of any individual or business – but the responsibility of the entire population.

The Party and the State need a "popular education" in the digital age, so that all people have the opportunity to step up to higher levels in the modern labor value chain. Resolution 57 may have a time limit, but its spirit is eternal (always has guiding value). Every person must apply science and technology to their work, to simplify processes and improve efficiency - that is the most practical public policy to improve social value and national productivity.

Resolution 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. The goal by 2030 is that Vietnam's potential, level of science, technology and innovation will reach advanced levels in many important fields, ranking among the leading countries in upper-middle-income countries; the level and capacity of technology and innovation of enterprises will reach levels above the world average; by 2045, science, technology, innovation and digital transformation will develop steadily, contributing to making Vietnam a developed country with high income.
