Regarding this issue, the Hanoi City Inspectorate has issued 10 Inspection Conclusions on the content of slow determination of specific land prices as the basis for calculating land use fees and land rents for 10 Projects.
These projects include: (1) Housinco Tan Trieu Office and Housing Complex Project at CT5 plot, Tay Nam Kim Giang I new urban area, Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district; (2) Van Ho Commercial Center Project, Hai Ba Trung district; (3) Son Loc Residential Area Construction Investment Project, Son Tay town; (4) Mixed-use commercial service, office and hotel building project in Mai Dich ward, Cau Giay district; (5) Eco -tourism and weekend resort project in Ron Ren area, Trung Son Tram ward, Son Tay town;
(6) Project of office and commercial service building at lot C/D11 Cau Giay New Urban Area, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District; (7) Project of Mitec Information Technology Development Business Complex; (8) Project of investment, construction, operation and business of an office complex for lease at 289 Khuat Duy Tien, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District; (9) Project of construction of working headquarters and office for lease, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District; (10) Project of Dich Vong New Urban Area, Cau Giay District.
The Conclusions pointed out the existence of the delay in determining specific land prices as the basis for calculating land use fees and land rents at the above 10 projects. The responsibility for the delay belongs to: Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Department of Finance; Department of Construction; Vietnam Valuation and Financial Services Joint Stock Company VVFC, Vietnam Valuation and Appraisal Company Limited (VAI), VIC Valuation and Investment Joint Stock Company, IVC Vietnam Valuation Joint Stock Company (the consulting unit for building appraisal certificates).
The Hanoi City Inspectorate has recommended that the City People's Committee and responsible agencies review the collectives and individuals responsible for the delay in determining land prices for projects; and propose solutions to handle the above problem.
The Hanoi People's Committee has also issued a document directing the implementation of the Inspection Conclusion on the delay in determining specific land prices as the basis for calculating land use fees and land rents; accordingly, agreeing with the Inspection Conclusions of the City Inspectorate, requesting units to seriously implement; assigning the City Inspectorate to monitor, urge, and inspect the implementation of the Conclusions according to regulations and summarize and report to the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee the implementation results.
