Hanoi Party Committee issues resolution on 2 important contents approved at 22nd Conference

The 22nd Conference of the 17th City Party Executive Committee met on April 28, 2025 at the Hanoi Party Committee headquarters.

After reviewing and discussing the submissions and reports of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee Party Committee, the Conference unanimously resolved: "Basically agree with the reports and submissions submitted by the City People's Committee Party Committee and the City Party Committee Organization Board at the Conference, including: Project on rearranging administrative units and organizing the apparatus of the city's political system and Adjusting the Public Investment Plan for 2025 and updating and adjusting the 5-year Public Investment Plan 2021-2025 at the city level.

The City Party Executive Committee assigned the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to direct the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee and the City Party Committee's Organization Board, and relevant agencies to review and absorb as much as possible the opinions of the delegates, on the basis of current legal regulations, to complete the Report and Submission to submit to the City People's Council in accordance with the correct authority and current legal regulations.

The Hanoi Party Committee calls on Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations from the city to the grassroots level, cadres, party members, armed forces and people of all walks of life in the capital to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, unity, responsibility, bravery and creativity, determined to overcome difficulties and challenges, highly concentrate, strive to successfully carry out the political tasks of 2025 and the entire term, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Hanoi Party Congress, together with the whole country to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee.
