Remove bottlenecks for business development

As an industrial province, Vinh Phuc has attracted many large enterprises and corporations to locate in the area and contribute significantly to the province's budget revenue. However, in the process of implementing production and business activities, many enterprises encounter many difficulties in site clearance, wastewater treatment, housing for workers, taxes, and labor recruitment.

A representative of Tam Son Investment Joint Stock Company (Vinh Yen) said: The road project connecting Khai Quang Industrial Park (IP) with Son Loi Industrial Park in Binh Xuyen district has been implemented since December 2021 and has only reached 25% of the contract value. It is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee soon adjust the project because the route overlaps with national defense land and other project planning, and adjust the contract unit price according to the current price, because the project is prolonged, leading to many fluctuations in material unit prices.

Operating since 2018, Compal Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Compal Group Taiwan) has been growing with annual revenue and number of employees increasing. The company's main products are Dell laptops and has expanded global partnerships with customers from Amazon Group, manufacturing smartphones, 5G devices.

Currently, Compal Group plans to move its production chain to Vinh Phuc. Therefore, the company hopes that the province will consider providing land for the company to build dormitories for experts and employees of the company to ensure social welfare and retain experts and employees.

With the view that solving difficulties for enterprises is also solving difficulties for the province, in recent years, the province has always paid attention to improving the investment environment to attract investment, develop industry, and support the production and business activities of developing enterprises.

In particular, the current socio -economic development of the province has a great contribution from the business community. Therefore, the province has directed relevant departments and branches to review and study legal regulations to consider and resolve proposals from businesses on allocating land to build dormitories and housing for experts and workers as well as expanding factories in Vinh Phuc. In the shortest time, the province will remove "bottlenecks" in compensation, site clearance, resettlement, training of high-quality human resources, and support for approving export processing enterprises.

Vinh Phuc is entering the era of national development with breakthrough solutions with changes in management, leadership, and operation thinking, openness in attracting investment based on the viewpoint "The success of enterprises is the success of the province", therefore, the province has focused on promoting administrative reform, supporting to remove difficulties for enterprises; paying attention to investing in traffic infrastructure, logistics infrastructure, social housing projects for workers so that they can work with peace of mind and contribute to the development of enterprises.

Since the beginning of 2025, the province has started 2 social housing projects; it is expected that at the end of April 2025, the province will organize a human resource development conference at the College of Agricultural Mechanics, Tam Hop commune (Binh Xuyen) with activities such as job fairs, seminars, dialogues, signing training agreements, labor supply... contributing to job creation, providing high-quality human resources to serve the socio-economic development of the province.

Recently, many investors and businesses have come to explore investment opportunities, cooperation, expand production scale and launch many new products. Recently, UTI VINA Vinh Phuc Co., Ltd. (100% Korean capital) signed a cooperation agreement with CNCTech Group Joint Stock Company to implement an electronics production project with a capital of 105 million USD; Honda Vietnam Company launched the first domestically produced electric motorbike model named ICON e with green, environmentally friendly technology; Toyota Vietnam Automobile Company launched the 700,000th vehicle...

This is a testament to the strong leadership of all levels, sectors and localities in removing "bottlenecks", continuing to affirm itself as an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors. In the first 3 months of this year alone, the state budget revenue in the province is estimated at 9,700 billion VND, equal to 35.9% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council; attracting FDI capital reached more than 73 million USD.
