At the meeting, the units reported on the results of implementing the tasks according to the actual situation in Phu Thuy, Mui Ne wards and Tan Thanh commune. In particular, the new commercial and service urban area project Ham Tien - Mui Ne (Zone I) with an area of 48.39 hectares has been approved by the province in principle for investment; at the same time, research has been conducted to shorten the implementation time to contribute to promoting local socio -economic development.
The new Ham Tien - Mui Ne Commercial and Service Urban Area project (Zone III) with a scale of 218.65 hectares was previously approved by the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province for the Decision to approve the investor (through the form of bidding) for the enterprise. However, recently, this project has encountered difficulties related to the handling of compensation dossiers, settlement of land allocation dossiers...
For the new Ham Tien - Mui Ne commercial and service urban area project (Area IV) with an area of 193.79 hectares and the new Ham Tien - Mui Ne commercial and service urban area project (Area V) with a scale of 157.14 hectares, the competent authority has requested the competent authority to decide on approving the investment policy to organize the selection of investors in the form of bidding.
Report to the Provincial People's Committee to consult with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment for guidance on clarifying some contents related to the land sector to carry out the next steps.

Meanwhile, the Bung Thi Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project with an area of about 106 hectares and the Flying Sand Hill Project with a scale of about 115.5 hectares are being implemented by the departments, branches and localities with assigned tasks. Regarding the land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement of the project using land fund on both sides of DT. 706B road, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, and the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward are currently assigned to continue to carry out related tasks...

After listening to the report and opinions exchanged at the meeting, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh requested the members of the Working Group to continue to promote their role and determination in performing the assigned tasks. Especially, proactively review, monitor, urge and guide the removal of difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing investment procedures for key projects in the old Binh Thuan area.
At the same time, the Working Group is responsible for synthesizing and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee to direct the resolution of difficulties and problems under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee in the process of investing in and constructing key projects. For matters beyond the local authority, the Working Group must advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the competent authority for consideration and resolution to ensure the overall progress of projects in the area.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh requested that members of the Working Group, when carrying out tasks related to key projects, must research and select optimal solutions, ensuring harmony of interests between enterprises, the State and the people, while at the same time putting the socio-economic development goals of the province first.
