In 1989, Mr. Tam was admitted to Thanh Hoa Pedagogical High School. After graduating, he was assigned to teach at Luong Noi Primary School, Ba Thuoc District. With his youth and professional capacity, he has excellently completed the assigned tasks. In October 1993, he was appointed Vice Principal of Ha Trung Primary School. From September 1998 to present, he has held the position of Principal of Dien Quang and Dien Lu primary schools. Through different positions, he has always upheld a sense of responsibility, has a high sense of organization and discipline, and always puts the collective interest first.

As the school principal, he is particularly interested in improving the quality of education. To achieve this, he and the school board have built a vibrant learning and teaching movement, encouraged teachers to apply information technology in their lectures; launched a self-study and self-improvement movement to improve their political theory and professional skills. At the same time, he has focused on building school rules and regulations; and promptly commended teachers with many achievements in teaching.

Along with focusing on improving the qualityof education , he proactively proposed to the local Party Committee and government to build and repair classrooms, the principal's office, functional rooms, and renovate the school campus to create a green, clean, and beautiful landscape so that students have a place to play and participate in collective activities.

The quality of education at Dien Lu Primary School is constantly improving; the school and classrooms are invested in and built spaciously. Every year, the percentage of students who excel in their studies and training and students who excel in their subjects reaches 50%. Many students win high prizes in district and provincial level competitions; the school is awarded certificates of merit by many levels and sectors. The teacher himself was awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the Ba Thuoc District People's Committee...

Mr. Le Quang Tam said: Determining the quality of teaching and learning as a key task, Dien Lu Primary School has focused on innovating the management, direction and operation of teaching and learning activities. Therefore, the quality of teaching at the school has many positive changes. In the coming time, the school will focus on building a team of teachers with professional capacity, dedicated to the career of educating people, becoming a trusted address for parents and students.

Speaking about teacher Le Quang Tam, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Ba Thuoc Ha Tu Nhien district, said: Over the past years, the quality of education at Dien Lu Primary School has gradually improved.
