(LĐXH) - Instead of viewing AI as a solution to all problems, employees should consider it a support tool, while constantly learning and improving their capacity to adapt to the development of AI.

According to the 2024-2025 recruitment market report, the labor market picture is expected to witness many significant changes under the increasing impact of technology, especially AI.

The 2024 - 2025 recruitment market report of Top CV human resource technology company is analyzed based on survey results with nearly 3,000 businesses and employees, along with data from 300,000 recruitment posts.

Top CV's survey results show that 61.2% of businesses have proactively recognized and initially applied AI to their operations. However, 38.7% of businesses are still not ready to apply AI, largely because the impact of AI on business efficiency is not clear enough. Only 13.5% of businesses see AI having a significant impact.

Meanwhile, according to the 2024 Human Resources Trends survey by human resources consulting firm Anphabe Vietnam, in the period 2024 - 2025, 28% of businesses shared that they intend to apply AI more deeply in their work.

In the next five years, this number is expected to increase to 75%, as businesses aim to widely apply AI in their work.

At the same time, the demand for AI-related positions has also appeared more and more in the Vietnamese labor market. However, new recruitment posts mainly focus on groups of industries directly related to AI such as Engineer, Data Scientist, Researcher, or Business Intelligence (BI).

According to Anphabe, there is a trend that is gradually gaining attention, which is the emergence of jobs such as AI Content Creator/Moderator (creating content with AI, coordinating AI content) or AI Filmmaker (creating films with AI).

The trend of applying AI in work is bringing many positive signals, especially in the effort to optimize the performance of businesses. Among those who have been exposed to artificial intelligence in the workplace, 62.8% of businesses proactively provide some or all of the AI tools and applications to support work.

In addition, 52.8% of employees also shared that the company they are working for organizes training courses and guides on how to effectively use AI tools and technologies.

To use artificial intelligence effectively, Ms. Thanh Nguyen, CEO & Happiness Inspiration of Anphabe, believes that workers should proactively learn about the uses and practical applications of this technology.

"Instead of viewing AI as a solution to all problems, employees should consider it a supporting tool, while constantly learning and improving their personal capacity and skills to adapt to the development of AI," Ms. Thanh Nguyen shared.

Regarding the question of whether AI is a threat to employment, Ms. Thanh Nguyen said that concerns about the impact of artificial intelligence and technology on employment are real and are also one of the major concerns of today's workers.

48.4% of surveyed employees believe that AI in particular and technology in general will replace many job positions in businesses. In addition, 37.9% are concerned that AI will eliminate jobs and force employees to reshape their careers.

However, according to Ms. Thanh Nguyen, the survey also recorded more positive perspectives when 58.8% believed that AI would accompany and support work to achieve higher work efficiency.

At the same time, 58.2% said AI acts as a "supporter", helping them develop ideas, improve performance and focus on skills that require more complex thinking.

Therefore, it can be seen that artificial intelligence is not only a challenge but also opens up new opportunities for employees to promote and exploit their potential.

To adapt to the rapid transformation in the digital age, constantly updating new skills and continuously learning are prerequisites for employees to avoid being eliminated and confidently seize opportunities.
