Sacred flag-raising ceremony at Truong Sa

During the working trip to Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 platform, the delegation of Vinh Phuc province led by comrade Vu Viet Van, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the flag-raising ceremony and praised the armed forces on Truong Sa island. Accompanying were comrades: Luong Duc Minh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee; Than Van Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department.

On Truong Sa Island, the flag-raising ceremony and the demonstration of the armed forces took place in a solemn, sacred and emotional atmosphere. Under the red flag with a yellow star fluttering in the sky and sea of the Fatherland, officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Navy demonstrated their indomitable will and determination to protect the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

The flag-raising ceremony and the demonstration of force in Truong Sa are not only symbols of patriotism and resilience, but also spread deep pride to millions of hearts of mainland people. Every Vietnamese child, wherever they are, shares the same sacred feeling: Pride and gratitude to the soldiers who are day and night at the forefront, firmly holding their guns to protect the sea and sky of the homeland.
