According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather in Hanoi in the next 3 days (September 23-25) will gradually decrease in rain due to cold air penetrating deep into the south; after that, the sun will turn and the weather will remain cool.

Specifically, this morning (September 23), the capital will be cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally moderate rain; thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind. From noon today to September 25, it will be cloudy, no rain, and sunny.

Due to the influence of cold air, the temperature in Hanoi today is still chilly with the highest temperature of 28 degrees; in the following days it will gradually increase to 30-32 degrees; the night temperature also tends to increase slightly to 22-25 degrees.

In addition, the meteorological agency also said that today cold air continues to affect other places in the Northwest and North Central regions. During the day and tonight, the weather in the North and Thanh Hoa will be cool, and some places in the mountainous areas of the North will be cold. During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature in the North and Thanh Hoa will generally be from 20-23 degrees Celsius, and some places in the mountainous areas will be below 19 degrees Celsius.
