Notice of adjustment of the time to hold the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On March 11, 2025, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade ( VietinBank ) sent a Notice of invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) by the following method: Sending by registered mail to the contact address of shareholders according to the list of securities owners on the last registration date - March 7, 2025 provided by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation to VietinBank. According to this Notice, the expected time to hold the AGM is Tuesday - April 1, 2025. At the same time, the Notice stated: In case of any change in the time and venue of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, VietinBank will notify and post information on the VietinBank Investor Relations website, the website of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and information on a number of mass media. Those notices will replace the revised Notice of Invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Based on the progress of working with competent State agencies on approving the contents of documents submitted to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of VietinBank, the Board of Directors of VietinBank respectfully announces the adjustment of the time to organize the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

1. Event time (after adjustment) : Friday, April 18, 2025.

2. Last registration date (unchanged) : Friday, March 7, 2025 .

3. Form, venue, expected content and other contents: No change compared to the Notice of invitation to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that VietinBank sent to shareholders.
