The National Assembly voted to pass a Resolution on the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and the National Assembly's resolutions on a number of important national projects. The National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution on the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and the National Assembly's resolutions on a number of important national projects.

On Saturday, June 29, the National Assembly continued its 28th working day, which was also the last working day of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly at the hall, National Assembly House, Hanoi, under the chairmanship of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.

In the morning, under the direction of Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh, the National Assembly listened to Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the National Assembly 's Social Committee Nguyen Thuy Anh present a report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Law on Social Insurance (amended).

The National Assembly then voted to pass the Law on Social Insurance (amended) by electronic voting.

The results are as follows, for the regulation on one-time withdrawal of social insurance: 470 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 96.71% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 456 delegates approved (equal to 93.83% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 5 delegates did not approve (equal to 1.03% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 9 delegates did not vote (equal to 1.85% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

For the entire Law: 465 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 95.68% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 454 delegates approved (equal to 93.42% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 5 delegates did not approve (equal to 1.03% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 6 delegates did not vote (equal to 1.23% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong, the National Assembly listened to Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security Le Tan Toi present a Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools (amended).

The National Assembly then voted to pass the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools (amended) by electronic voting.

The results were as follows: 468 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 96.30% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 459 delegates approved (equal to 94.44% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 2 delegates did not approve (equal to 0.41% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 7 delegates did not vote (equal to 1.44% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai, the National Assembly listened to Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh present a Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, Real Estate Business Law No. 29/2023/QH15, Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15.

The National Assembly then voted to pass this Law by electronic voting.

The results were as follows: 469 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 96.50% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 404 delegates approved (equal to 83.13% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 37 delegates did not approve (equal to 7.61% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 28 delegates did not vote (equal to 5.76% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai, the National Assembly listened to Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee Le Quang Manh present a Report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Resolution on the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-economic Recovery and Development Program and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the National Assembly's Resolutions on a number of important national projects.

The National Assembly then voted to pass this Resolution by electronic voting.

The results were as follows: 469 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 96.50% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 467 delegates approved (equal to 96.09% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 2 delegates did not vote (equal to 0.41% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh, the National Assembly held its closing session. The session was televised and broadcast live on Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, and Vietnam National Assembly Television.

At the meeting, the National Assembly listened to Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong declare the reasons, introduce the delegates; present the Report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Resolution on questioning activities at the 7th Session, 15th National Assembly; then, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution by electronic voting.

Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the Office of the National Assembly Bui Van Cuong presented the Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Resolution on questioning activities at the 7th Session, 15th National Assembly.

The results are as follows: 473 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 97.33% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 472 delegates approved (equal to 97.12% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 1 delegate did not vote (equal to 0.21% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

Next, the National Assembly listened to the member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Secretary General of the National Assembly and the Head of the National Assembly Office present the draft Resolution of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly; then, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution by electronic voting.

The results are as follows: 460 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 94.65% of the total number of National Assembly delegates); 460 delegates approved (equal to 94.65% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

The National Assembly listened to National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man's closing speech at the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Afterwards, the National Assembly held a flag-saluting ceremony.
