Trung Nam Ca Na Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company - the investor of Ca Na Industrial Park project (phase 1) - has just completed the environmental impact assessment report, preparing to implement the project with a scale of 378 hectares, with a total investment of about 3,875.9 billion VND.
The project is located in the southern area of Khanh Hoa province, part of the master plan of Ca Na Industrial Park, covering an area of more than 827 hectares, aiming to develop a multi-industry industrial park, prioritizing clean, high-tech, supporting and environmentally friendly industries.

Ca Na area, Khanh Hoa province is preparing to invest in Ca Na Industrial Park in phase 1 with an area of 378 hectares.
According to the feasibility study, to implement the project, about 170 hectares of salt land, aquaculture land and forest land will be converted to industrial land. Of which, 18.35 hectares of protective forest land, 14.22 hectares of salt land and more than 159 hectares of aquaculture land. The salt land is currently managed and produced by Ca Na Ninh Thuan Salt Joint Stock Company and local people.
In addition, the project is expected to reclaim nearly 191 hectares of land from 132 households, directly affecting the livelihoods of farming and salt production households.
In addition, about 220 graves in Yen Ngua Cemetery will also be relocated. The investor committed to coordinate with local authorities to fully implement compensation, resettlement support, vocational training and ensure social security for affected people.
Due to the use of protective forest area and the potential impact on Quan The stream water source during construction, the project is assessed to have environmental sensitivity.
The investor affirmed that it will apply technical measures to ensure standards on wastewater, noise and labor safety.
According to the industrial development orientation of Khanh Hoa province, Ca Na Industrial Park is a key infrastructure project, expected to become a coastal industrial - service - logistics center, contributing to promoting economic development in the South Central region.
