(Dan Tri) - On June 6, the Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) announced that this agency decided to revoke 12 Health Food Product Declaration Certificates, including 10 products of one company.

Specifically, the Food Safety Department revoked the validity of the Certificate of Product Declaration Registration for 10 health protection food products announced by Trumpharmaco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (address: No. 36, Lane 23, Nhat Tao Street, Dong Ngac Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi ).

In addition, the Food Safety Department revoked the validity of the Product Declaration Registration Certificate No. 10198/2018/DKSP dated December 16, 2018 of the health protection food product Berocca Performance Mango, announced by Bayer Vietnam Co., Ltd. (address: 118/4 Amata, Long Binh Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province).

This agency also revoked the validity of the Product Declaration Registration Certificate No. 13304/2019/DKSP dated December 9, 2019 of the health protection food product GOOD FOOD SYRUP, announced by A My International Trading Company Limited (address: No. 43, Group 43, Tran Binh Street, Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi).

It is known that recently, many businesses have proactively submitted applications to revoke their health food product registration certificates.

During the period from May 15 to June 15, the Ministry of Health established 15 teams to inspect the business of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, functional foods, traditional medicines and medical equipment.
