Ingredients for cooking durian rib soup:

How to make durian rib soup:

+ First, clean the durian seeds, boil them, then scrape off the brown skin on the outside. Blanch the ribs in boiling water, clean them; also pick and wash the mushrooms.

+ Add a moderate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil, then add ribs and durian seeds. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then add shiitake mushrooms, season with salt, MSG, seasoning powder and a little pepper.

* Crispy fried durian seeds

Ingredients for making crispy fried durian seeds:

+ 5 – 6 durian seeds

+ Wheat flour

+ 2 chicken eggs

+ Salt, sugar, cooking oil

+ Crispy fried flour

How to make crispy fried durian seeds:

+ Wash the durian seeds, boil them in a pot of boiling water until soft, then turn off the heat, scoop out the seeds and peel off the dark yellow skin on the outside. Or you can clean the seeds, cut them into bite-sized pieces like making potato chips.

+ Put flour in a bowl, crack eggs in and add a little salt, sugar and 100ml of filtered water. Mix these ingredients well into a mixture.

Next, add oil to the pan, when the oil is boiling, dip the durian meat in the prepared crispy fried flour and then put it in the pan. Fry both sides until golden brown, remove to a plate lined with absorbent paper to drain. When cool, eat the fried durian with chili sauce, both crispy and delicious.
