The Prime Minister deeply sympathizes and hopes that people will wait for their houses to be cleaned up before returning, most importantly, pay attention to safety.

The Prime Minister also hopes that people will promote the spirit of "mutual love and support" and "help each other overcome difficulties".

Emphasizing the spirit of putting people's lives, safety and health first, the Prime Minister first assigned Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long to continue to stay in Yen Bai, directly direct the flood response work, and decide on related issues. Yen Bai province and other localities proactively develop plans to evacuate people who may be affected to safe places, and together with relevant ministries and agencies, prepare to respond to all bad situations, including the worst possible situation.

The Prime Minister also requested Yen Bai province and the military and police forces to coordinate by all means to provide food, provisions, and necessities to people in isolated areas, proactively and creatively finding ways to reach them, including using helicopters.
