The Organizing Committee of the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 (Forum) has just issued a press release on the key contents taking place within the framework of this year's Forum.
The Forum is a large-scale international event organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, under the direct direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh . This year's Forum takes place from November 24-30, with a series of key activities in three days from November 25-27, expected to gather more than 1,500 domestic and international delegates.
With the theme “Green transformation in the digital age”, the Forum demonstrates Vietnam’s strategic vision in combining the two biggest driving forces of the 21st century: Digital transformation and green transformation, towards a smart, sustainable and deeply integrated economy.

As an international policy dialogue event, the Forum is accompanied by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the participation of prestigious international organizations and institutions such as the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the World Bank (WB), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the centers of the 4th Industrial Revolution (C4IR) in the WEF global network, along with many technology, logistics, energy, finance, smart city corporations as well as leading academic and research organizations in Vietnam and the world.
According to the Organizing Committee, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son, along with leaders of central ministries, branches, Ho Chi Minh City and localities, will directly attend activities within the framework of the Forum.
On the international side, the Government and Ho Chi Minh City officially invited leaders of governments of countries, leaders of ministries, branches and international localities, along with more than 500 high-ranking guests from innovation centers, international organizations, universities, research institutes and multinational corporations.
As of November 10, Ho Chi Minh City has received confirmation of participation from 5 ministerial delegations, 8 local delegations from countries, 6 international organizations, 11 Centers for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) in the WEF global network, and 73 delegations from institutes, schools, science and technology centers, innovation centers and leading corporations from developed countries around the world.
