Quang Ninh Provincial Library is honored to be one of four public libraries nationwide to win the Reading Culture Development Award, which was honored at the ceremony. This is also the second time Quang Ninh Provincial Library has received this award.

The Reading Culture Development Award is organized annually by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to honor the contributions of organizations and individuals to the development of reading culture, to encourage and motivate organizations and individuals to make positive contributions to the development of reading culture in ministries, branches, localities, regions and in the community. After 6 years of organization, the award has spread good cultural values ​​to the community, contributing to improving people's knowledge, supporting learning, research, entertainment, enriching cultural and spiritual life, and arousing the desire to contribute in every Vietnamese person to develop a prosperous and happy country.

The award is not only a source of pride but also a testament to the effectiveness of the joint efforts and consensus in the journey of cultivating knowledge, nurturing the soul, and developing the thinking of the community. In the coming time, the Provincial Library will continue to make more efforts, innovate more, spread the passion for reading and love of books, and make an important contribution to the ideological and moraleducation of all cadres, party members and people, especially students in the whole province.
