Attending the congress in Thuan Hoa ward were member of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City Nguyen Thi Ai Van; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thuan Hoa ward Nguyen Dinh Bach; along with representatives of leaders of departments, branches, unions and 121 typical delegates representing the great national unity bloc of the ward.

During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Hoa Ward has carried out major campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, achieving many remarkable results. Patriotic emulation movements such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", temporary housing removal program, caring for the lives of households in especially difficult circumstances... Notably, the construction and repair of 19 great solidarity houses with a budget of nearly 2.5 billion VND.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Fatherland Front of Thuan Hoa ward determined to continue promoting its core political role, strengthening social consensus, arousing the tradition of patriotism, belief and aspiration to develop the homeland. The Front will focus on propagating and mobilizing people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws; actively participate in emulation movements and campaigns to contribute to socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security. At the same time, improve the quality of social supervision and criticism; well perform the task of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

The Congress set out many specific goals: by 2027, strive to eliminate poor households in the entire ward; annually mobilize to build and repair 3-5 "Great Unity" houses and support the livelihoods of at least 5 disadvantaged households; 100% of residential areas maintain the "Green Sunday" model, build "Green - clean - bright - civilized - safe" streets... The ward Fatherland Front will focus on improving the capacity of its staff, promoting digital transformation in Front work; promoting the role of member organizations, contributing to building a clean and strong political system.

The Congress consulted and elected 70 delegates as members of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, and elected 10 official delegates to attend the 11th City Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2025 - 2030.

During the term, the Fatherland Front of Phu Vang commune built and repaired 19 great solidarity houses.

On the same day, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Vang commune held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030.

During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Vang commune has closely coordinated with member organizations, relevant departments and branches, strongly innovated the content and methods of propaganda, mobilization, and gathering of people from all walks of life, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc and creating social consensus.

The Front and the commune's unions have implemented many specific projects and tasks: building 4 bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe roads; 2 roads lit by solar energy; 11 electricity projects to light up rural roads; 1 youth flower road; 3 playgrounds and exercise areas for children, creating a new, spacious and friendly look for the residential area; mobilizing people to actively participate, donating nearly 61,000 meters of land, donating nearly 20,000 trees, contributing more than nearly 6,000 working days; renovating houses and fences, contributing nearly 1 billion VND to build rural roads 7/3.

The commune Fatherland Front and its member organizations have mobilized social resources, called on many organizations and individuals to support the construction and repair of 19 solidarity houses with a total cost of more than 1 billion VND for poor and near-poor households and union members in difficult circumstances; supported livelihoods, gave Tet gifts to poor and near-poor households and disadvantaged students; at the same time maintained a revolving loan for 30 poor households to develop production with a total amount of 155 million VND; mobilized more than 612 million VND to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 ( Yagi ); mobilized member organizations to support the donation of 15 savings books with a total amount of nearly 40 million VND.

The Front and its member organizations also actively mobilize and support local production and business households to mobilize resources to build and promote the brand of local products. Many traditional products have been preserved and developed, such as Tam Giang mackerel, Vinh Ha rice, etc.

Through the above activities, the Commune Fatherland Front continues to affirm its role as a center of solidarity, connection and spreading the spirit of mutual love, contributing to maintaining social stability and strengthening people's trust in the Party, government and political system at the grassroots level.

The Congress proposed 6 action programs and 13 main targets; consulted to elect 51 delegates as members of the Phu Vang Commune Fatherland Front Committee, term I, 2025-2030; consulted to elect 5 official delegates to attend the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hue City, term 2025-2030, and elected Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Trang to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Phu Vang Commune Fatherland Front Committee, term I, 2025-2030.
