In an interview with Sergey Kudryashov, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha affirmed that Vietnam always attaches importance to the traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership with Russia, meeting the development interests and needs of both sides. In particular, the cooperation and investment projects of Zarubezhneft Group in Vietnam in the fields of oil, gas and energy have made positive contributions to the special friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
In the coming time, the Deputy Prime Minister hopes that with its experience and technological advantages, Zarubezhneft Group will, together with Vietnamese partners and enterprises, implement new projects in oil, gas and energy, creating an important impetus in the traditional and important economic cooperation field between the two countries.
Thanking the Deputy Prime Minister for taking the time to meet him, Mr. Sergey Kudryashov reported on some impressive results of cooperation projects between Zarubezhneft Group and Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group. Currently, Zarubezhneft Group is urgently completing procedures and plans to implement new oil and gas and energy projects in Vietnam.
Taking note of the recommendations of the Zarubezhneft Group's leaders, the Deputy Prime Minister said that he would direct ministries, branches and localities to focus on resolving and removing difficulties and obstacles to facilitate cooperation projects between Zarubezhneft Group and Vietnamese partners and enterprises to continue to develop in scale and scope of operations, with advanced and modern technology, bringing the highest economic efficiency. In addition, Zarubezhneft Group expressed its desire to participate in important energy and electricity projects in Vietnam.

On the same afternoon, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha received Mr. Lee Chi Beom, former Minister of Environment of Korea.
At the meeting, Mr. Lee Chi Beom shared the interest and investment plans of a number of Korean enterprises in smart, environmentally friendly industrial parks and clusters in Vietnam, serving high-tech manufacturing sectors and fields, forming a complete ecosystem, participating in the global value chain.
Welcoming and appreciating Mr. Lee Chi Beom's contributions and ideas in promoting cooperation between Vietnam and Korea, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha said that Vietnam always has preferential policies to attract investment in the fields of environmental protection, renewable energy, projects using advanced technology related to green transformation, digital transformation, etc.
Many industrial parks and clusters in Vietnam with the investment and operation participation of foreign enterprises receive support and assistance from many ministries, branches and localities.
Korean enterprises can learn and work directly with ministries, branches and localities to "place orders" on scale, technical infrastructure, human resources, etc. in the process of preparing to implement investment projects.
