Conduct 5 campaigns to disseminate legal policies and reproductive health care during Workers' Month 2025

On the morning of May 9, the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor (LFD) coordinated with the Provincial Center for Disease Control to organize propaganda on legal policies and reproductive health care for workers and laborers at Sheen Bridge Company Limited in Can Giuoc district.

The propaganda session was attended by nearly 100 workers and laborers. Ms. Pham Thi Quyen - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation disseminated a lot of new knowledge about the Law on Social Insurance, labor laws and policies such as: salary, bonus, allowance, maternity regime, benefits when raising young children, etc. In addition, female workers were also advised on measures to prevent infections, sexually transmitted diseases, the need for regular reproductive health check-ups, HPV vaccination, etc.

Disseminating legal policies and reproductive health care is one of a series of activities organized by the Provincial Federation of Labor on the occasion of "Workers' Month 2025".

According to the plan, this year there will be 05 propaganda and health care sessions organized at the grassroots trade unions of enterprises with many workers in the province to enhance the role and responsibility of trade unions at all levels, equip knowledge about labor law, reproductive health, contributing to improving the quality of life for female workers./.
