On the afternoon of January 29, the Standing Delegation of the Provincial People's Council led by Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and presented gifts in Quy Hop district. Accompanying the delegation were representatives of the leaders of the departments, the Office of the Provincial People's Council and leaders of Quy Hop district.

The delegation presented gifts to 100 poor, near-poor and disadvantaged families in Chau Ly and Yen Hop communes, Quy Hop district. Each gift was worth 500,000 VND in cash and 200,000 VND in gifts (supported by Nghe Tinh Port). Although the value of the gifts was not large, they were meaningful in spirit, aiming to promptly encourage disadvantaged families during the coming Tet and Spring.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi affirmed that over the years, the Party and State have regularly paid attention to people in mountainous, remote, and ethnic minority areas through socio-economic development programs and policies at all levels.

At the same time, we will do a good job of taking care of the lives of policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, the poor, and people in difficult circumstances, especially during the Tet holiday. Through this, we will demonstrate the tradition of mutual love, "the strong help the weak" and leave no one behind.

The Tet gifts presented show the community's affection and social responsibility towards poor households and people in difficult circumstances to help ethnic minorities, poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances in the province celebrate the traditional Tet of the nation more joyfully and warmly.
In recent days, in Nghe An province, many individuals and organizations have carried out many meaningful programs to send love to the poor on the occasion of Tet and Spring.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nhu Khoi visited and wished cadres and people of Chau Ly and Yen Hop communes (Quy Hop) a happy, warm and prosperous New Year, striving to excellently complete their tasks in 2024.

At the same time, we hope that localities will continue to pay more attention and care, improve the material and spiritual life of the people in the mountainous areas, especially ethnic minorities in the area, and mobilize people to increase production, develop the economy, and preserve the traditional cultural identity of the nation.
