Strong support from technology businesses
Sapo Technology Joint Stock Company is a technology company that focuses on multi-channel sales, suitable for retail stores, traditional market traders and small businesses. Sapo's highlight is the direct integration of the electronic invoice function during the sales process. For each completed transaction, a valid invoice is automatically generated by the system and sent to the General Department of Taxation, helping sellers avoid complicated operations.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Manh - Director of the Northern region of Sapo Technology Joint Stock Company said: The company specializes in software for different businesses. If it is a retailer, the operations are different, for service sectors such as hotels and coffee shops, the software is separate to manage operations. The software conveniently helps businesses send goods and pay for goods on channels. If the businesses have already used the software, now they only need to connect with electronic invoices and digital signatures to issue electronic invoices. All these invoices are connected to tax authorities and currently the unit is working with the Tax sector to support businesses.
From mid-2025, Sapo will also coordinate with tax authorities in many localities, including Nghe An , to implement the program "Accompanying business households in digital transformation", providing on-site guidance, supporting software installation and electronic invoice registration. This direct and practical approach helps small businesses quickly integrate with modern tax declaration methods.

Since Nghe An Provincial Tax Department launched the campaign, Sapo has signed contracts with nearly 200 businesses in wards and communes. In addition to the free package for businesses, companies also have preferential packages and price support during the transition period. Ms. Thu Hien - a pharmacy business in Thanh Vinh ward said: At first, we were very confused, but the units answered our questions and supported us with easy-to-use device installation.
MISA is also one of the pioneers in the field of accounting and financial management. In order to support business households in converting smoothly, MISA has launched the program "Free package - Sales, electronic invoices, tax declaration". This solution allows users to use only one platform to record revenue, create valid invoices, summarize data and submit tax declarations to management agencies. In addition to providing tools, MISA also coordinates with local tax authorities to organize hundreds of training courses, providing detailed instructions on the electronic declaration process.
As a strategic partner of the Tax sector, Viettel Nghe An also accompanies business households throughout the process of implementing the program to convert tax declaration forms. Viettel's solution integrates many smart features, helping business households simplify the process and minimize errors in the process of performing tax obligations, notably AI tax consulting and 7 automatic accounting books, helping business households quickly get used to electronic declaration.

Mr. Huu Thang - Deputy Director of Viettel Nghe An Branch said: Viettel's platform has competitive prices, and at the same time integrates a full set of necessary tools: Sales management - electronic invoices - digital signatures - accounting books - tax declaration to help business households easily declare, issue electronic invoices, submit tax reports with just a few operations on the phone, saving time and effort. In the past time, Viettel's staff with the advantage of being widely spread throughout the province has accompanied the Tax authorities in propaganda and mobilization, "going to every alley and knocking on every door", "holding hands and showing them how to do things" to enthusiastically guide business households to convert tax declarations. In particular, for older business households with little exposure to technology, Viettel has assigned staff to accompany them on-site to provide guidance.

Also on this occasion, Viettel applied a free 3-month trial of the Tendoo sales management platform, 3 months of digital signature and 1 month of using insurance declaration software to support business households to quickly convert. In just the first 10 days of launching the "30 days and nights" campaign of Nghe An Provincial Tax, the number of business households registering for Viettel's Tendoo software increased nearly 10 times compared to before.
Meanwhile, since the beginning of 2025, VNPT has expanded the VNPT Invoice platform - the electronic invoice system that meets the standards of the General Department of Taxation, and has also provided services for both businesses and individual business households. VNPT's solution allows users to create, send, digitally sign and store electronic invoices online, with built-in connectivity to the Tax authority in just a few steps. Outstanding advantages are stability, high security and the ability to connect across multiple platforms, from computers to phones.

Not only providing software, VNPT also implemented the "Digital Business Household" program in many localities, including Nghe An, to support small traders and individual households to convert from manual recording to electronic management.
“Digital Business Household” provides an integrated solution package including: Sales and revenue management software, helping businesses track daily transactions and automatically store data; VNPT Invoice electronic invoices , allowing to create, digitally sign and send invoices online to the General Department of Taxation system, completely replacing paper invoices; Electronic tax payment portal, connecting directly with the Tax authority to quickly declare and pay taxes online. In addition, there is free consultation and training, guiding business households to use the software, create invoices and declare according to regulations.
Many small businesses, especially in rural areas, are being instructed by VNPT to use mobile phones to create and send invoices quickly, saving printing and storage costs.
For the "30-Day Night Campaign" to be successful
Implementing the policy of eliminating lump-sum tax and modernizing tax management according to the Government's roadmap, from October 30 to November 30, 2025, Nghe An Tax Department launched the "30-day and night campaign" with a spirit of high concentration, determination and synchronization throughout the province. This is a special campaign, of great significance in the comprehensive transformation of tax management methods for business households, towards the goal of transparency, fairness, and nurturing sustainable revenue sources for the State budget.
With the support of technology enterprises, the Tax Department and the Nghe An Tax sector are also proactively implementing many practical activities to help businesses adapt to the new regulations. The sector mobilizes all grassroots tax forces to coordinate with local authorities, organize propaganda, and directly guide each business household in installing software, creating accounts, issuing and using electronic invoices. The campaign's goal is to ensure that 100% of business households understand the electronic declaration process, gradually eliminating the lump-sum tax form before January 1, 2026.
During the campaign, tax teams went to the grassroots to provide guidance, answer questions, support software connections, and open mobile consultation points at markets, shopping centers, wards, and communes so that people could receive direct guidance.
The spirit of the "30-day and night campaign" not only demonstrates the determination of the Tax sector in administrative reform but also contributes to spreading awareness of digital transformation to every small business household in the area.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang - Head of the Tax Information Technology Department of Nghe An province said: After 12 days of peak implementation, the entire Nghe An Tax sector has achieved many positive and clear results, demonstrating high determination, enthusiastic emulation spirit and synchronous participation of the entire system: 2,149 business households have been updated into the Household Database application; 146 households have registered and 311 households have used electronic invoices generated from cash registers; 5,010 households have installed and used the eTax Mobile application to declare and pay taxes conveniently and safely; 140 business households with contracted revenue of 1 billion VND or more have switched to the declaration method; 254 households with contracted revenue from over 200 million VND to under 1 billion VND have also switched to declaration.
