Lam Dong Provincial Party Standing Committee meets with former provincial leaders

Attending the meeting were Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province; Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and leaders of several departments and agencies of the province.

On the side of former provincial leaders were Comrade Huynh Van Ti, former Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, former Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, former Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, former Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee; along with former Standing Committee members and former members of the Provincial Party Committee from various periods.

Speaking at the meeting, Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam expressed his joy and emotion at meeting the former Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, and Standing Committee members of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee from various periods; and extended his best wishes for health, happiness, and well-being to the former leaders and their families.

The Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee informed about some of the activities of the working group of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front during this trip, such as: Visiting and meeting with religious dignitaries, veteran revolutionary cadres of the Cham ethnic group and conducting on-site surveys of some large-scale key projects in the area; paying respects to the heroic martyrs at the Binh Thuan Martyrs' Cemetery and offering incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Museum branch in Binh Thuan on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, July 27 (1947 - 2025)...

Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized: The presence of former provincial leaders in such large numbers and with such warmth is invaluable, demonstrating their concern for the development of the province. This is a great source of encouragement for the Lam Dong provincial leadership to continue to effectively implement the assigned political tasks in the coming time, with revolutionary decisions, determined to lead Lam Dong, along with the rest of the country, into a new era, an era of national progress.

Lam Dong province was established by merging the three former provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, and Dak Nong.
