The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee received and worked with the Government Cipher Committee delegation.

On June 29, the Government Cipher Committee delegation led by comrade Nguyen Huu Hung, Deputy Head of the Government Cipher Committee, had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on cipher work, confidentiality, and information security (ITS). Receiving and working with the delegation were comrades: Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of relevant agencies and units.

Over the past time, the Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units of the province have always promptly led and directed the implementation of the central resolutions, directives and programs on building and developing the local cryptographic force. Regularly disseminate and implement legal documents on cryptography, security and information security; pay attention to training the staff working in cryptography of agencies and units to be strong in ideology, politics , and professional qualifications, which have been gradually improved. The work of confidentiality, information security and network security has been ensured; cryptographic technical systems have been deployed and used promptly and smoothly. The organization, management, exploitation and use of cryptographic equipment and documents have been ensured to be safe, with strict procedures, in accordance with the principles and regulations of the industry.

Concluding the working session, the Deputy Head of the Government Cipher Committee highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee and the results of the implementation of cipher work, security and information security of agencies and units in the province in the past time. He suggested that in the coming time, the province should continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously and effectively implement the central government's leadership and direction documents on cipher work, especially Resolution No. 56-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the Strategy for the Development of Vietnam's Cipher Industry to 2030 and orientation to 2045. Strengthen coordination, professional training, security management, and effective use of cipher equipment; pay attention to creating favorable conditions in terms of facilities and working conditions for the cipher force to complete its tasks.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee accepted the delegation's comments, especially the direction of the Deputy Head of the Government Cipher Committee; at the same time, he affirmed that he would direct relevant agencies, departments and branches to immediately implement the contents of the delegation's discussion; continue to thoroughly grasp, disseminate and raise awareness of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees about security work; continue to review and perfect the province's key departments, improve the professional qualifications and skills of the key staff. In addition, he will review and study the organization of the key network from the province down to the district and commune levels to better perform the key work, security and information security in the area, meeting the requirements and assigned tasks, contributing to ensuring national security to serve the task of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
